CHECK OUT TIME
Please be advised that check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM.
Any check-out after this time will incur a penalty fee of R150.00 per house.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
HOUSEKEEPING
Your unit will be cleaned daily by our housekeeping team, provided they have access.
Please keep the unit in a reasonable condition to help with the cleaning process. If the unit is found to be in an unacceptable state, management will inspect it, and an extra cleaning fee of R500 will be charged.
Please do not remove any items from the unit. The towels provided are for indoor use only and should not be used for swimming
GENERATOR TIMES
We understand the inconvenience that power outages and load shedding can cause. To mitigate this, we are pleased to inform you that our facility is equipped with a backup generator. Please note that the generator will be operational only during the following times should a power outage occur:

- 06:00 – 08:00
- 13:00 – 14:00
- 18:00 – 20:00
- FRIDAY & SATURDAY
- 06:00 – 10:00
- 13:00 – 15:30
- 18:00 – 22:00
TIMED GEYSERS
As a graded establishment committed to environmental sustainability, we are dedicated to conserving water and electricity. To this end, please be informed that our geysers operate on a timer and will be active during the following times:
- 06:00 – 08:00
- 13:00 – 14:00
- 18:00 – 20:00

If you notice that the water appears murky, please rest assured that it remains perfectly safe to drink. This colouration is due to natural sediment from our region’s underground spring, especially during the rainy summer months.
